Services: / Women on the Way is a social enterprise that produces fashion items and employs refugee women who have applied for asylum in Serbia. The women sew clothes and accessories inspired by their cultures and 50% of the profits go to them.

Mission: To contribute to equality and empowerment of women and promote cultural diversity and inclusion.

Impact: The social impact of the Women on the Way social initiative is reflected in the employment and work engagement of female asylum seekers in Serbia who escaped from the Middle East amid unfortunate socio-political circumstances. Additionally, the impact is reflected in the promotion of interculturality and overcoming stereotypes and prejudices towards refugees, encouraging inclusion, exchange and cooperation.
