Radost bakery
Social impact is achieved by enabling young people from vulnerable groups (disabilities) to work in a protected work environment, according to their needs and capabilities. Social inclusion of young people with disabilities in the ordinary labour market, trained in work skills. The social enterprise bakery “Radost” was established under the project of the Human Resources Development Operational Programme in 2018. Since its establishment, it has employed youth with disabilities who cannot or will not be employed in the regular labor market. 5 young people are employed and trained as bakers/ confectioners. Mostly about 70% of the bakery staff are young people.
