The Utcajogász Egyesület consists of active lawyers in many different fields: they include lawyers, legal advisers, candidate lawyers, doctoral students and law students. Their main activity is legal assistance to people living in poverty, especially homelessness or poor housing conditions.
Mission:The mission of the Association is to achieving fair regulation and application of housing and social rights/care and to achieving real legal equality, especially for people living in homelessness and poor/uncertain housing conditions, acting against discrimination and criminalization against them, as well as for fairer enforcement rules related to violations and epidemic situations, and for their correct and legal application.
