Orthodox Jewish community with its seat in Łódź, covering the central part of Poland. The community is a member of the Union of Jewish Religious Communities.
Mission:The entity takes care of two active synagogues (the Synagogue at Pomorska Street and the Reicher Synagogue), as well as the New Jewish Cemetery and other real estate from outside Łódź, recovered under the 1997 Act on the Restitution of Jewish Property.
Impact:High social impact as they care of the heritage of the city which has a value both for citizens and for the touristical and remembrance aspects.
