Education program aimed at improving youth capacities, promoting engagement and participation in decision-making. A vibrant social space for young people from Shkodra and young people from all over the world to engage. They promotes and supports youth through multiple programs, focusing on ethical leadership. This Youth Center ensure different social events with impact in their city and other institutions and NGO-s from all over the country.
