Youth involvement fosters fresh perspectives and dynamic energy, ensuring our initiatives remain relevant and forward-thinking. We are proud to have a dedicated team of 10 volunteers who play integral roles in various aspects of our operations. They contribute to our Social Media Marketing Team, handle Content Creation, oversee WordPress Administration, serve as Content Writers, manage Back Office Administration & Digital Specialization, handle Graphic Design, oversee LinkedIn Administration, provide translation services, pitch creative ideas for fundraising, and capture moments as photographers. Their commitment amplifies our impact and helps us achieve our goals with enthusiasm and expertise.

Social Cooperative Enterprise ‘Ergo Culture Human Traces’. Project 'A Journey to Independense'. The aim of the project is to support young people with visual impairment towards the development of soft skills in the field of teamwork, enterpreneuship, foreign languages and communication. Ergo Culture Human Traces organised a guided tour in the archaeological area of Philippi, archaeological museum of Philippi and museum of Thassos for young adults from Europe and Greece. The action was implemented in the framework of the European project Erasmus+ and is an initiative between '4youth', a non formal group of young people and Ergo Culture Human Traces social enterprise.
NGO “Opsometha es Philippi” The interdisciplinary team "Opsometha es Philippi" consists of a large scientific workforce. The primary goal of the team is to connect innovative partners and engaged citizens for the implementation of bottom-up holistic methods for interregional development through the integration of culture, tourism, and the environment. Comprising 50 professionals with different specialties such as tourism, cultural management, architecture, agricultural production, cross-border development, education, economy, history, and archaeology, "Opsometha eis Philippous" employs scientists on project-based contracts according to their respective activities. Additionally, they collaborate with over 70 volunteers who support the organization's initiatives.There is the possibility / opportunity of collaborating with young researchers at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels, as well as offering internships. Υoung people form a large part of the workforce and the organisation places great emphasis on their employment and support in all levels.
KOINONIKI SYNETAIRISTIKI EPICHEIRISI SYLLOGIKIS KAI KOINONIKIS OFELEIAS ZAGORIOU TA PSILA VOUNA (TA PSILΑ VOUNA KOINSEP) Youth is actively involved in our actions, through the educational programs we offer to young people and children, through volunteer tourism where, since 2016, our network members, mountain associations and municipalities host volunteers from all over the world giving them the opportunity to discover the culture, everyday aspects and life in the mountains of Greece and through the services we offer to those who live or want to settle in mountainous areas. Youth is also actively participating in our SCE through Erasmus + projects we implement.
